I’ve learned something new. Here are my results after my second try at it by myself (thanks to my mother-in-law for the noodle-maker):

AND, we’re done. Two whole meals worth.
BUT, only 4 eggs and 3-ish cups of flour. WAY more yummy than the traditional dried noodles.


Looks awesome. I’ve never had fresh homemade noodles. . just the dried ones. I’m sure Brent will be sending me over for a lesson
